Chocolate Protein Bread

Let the cooking craze continue! My latest concoction is a protein chocolate banana bread. I don’t know which one I liked better, the chocolate or pumpkin. I say make both!

Here’s the RECIPE for Protein Chocolate Banana Bread; it’s very simple!

DRY ingredients:

1. One cup of Oat Flour

2. 1 teaspoon of sea salt

3. 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

4. 1 teaspoon of baking soda

5. 2 scoops of chocolate protein (again, if you’re interested in the best whey protein around, email me or message me on Facebook or twitter)

WET ingredients:

1. 3 eggs

2. 1 cup of organic applesauce

3. 2 organic bananas

Directions: combine your dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl and put them into a food processor or blender (in my case, I use the NINJA). Add the dry ingredients to your bowl of wet ingredients. WHISK AWAY! I lined my baking pan with coconut oil for healthy purposes. Stick it in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and ….VOILA! (fake rose petals were my personal touch lol)
