Nineveh Dinha

Nineveh Dinha is a Swedish-born, ethnic Assyrian American Television Personality. She spent a decade working as a journalist for local television stations in Arizona (KYMA, NBC) and Utah (KSTU, FOX). Her passion for writing led her to a long career in television news. She has covered several stories which made national news including the Harrier Jet crash. The coverage won her an Edward R. Murrow award for Spot News. She's also been recognized by the Associated Press, Utah Broadcasters Association and was voted one of the State's top reporters by Salt Lake's City Weekly Magazine.
In 2008, she worked on a feature called "Know your Roots" which genetically traced her DNA profile to Mesopotamia in 1400 BC, which was part of ancient Assyria. The two part series created a big buzz among Assyrians. Years later she was awarded and recognized in Los Angeles by the Assyrian Community for her excellence in journalism.
She graduated from California State University East Bay with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2004. Before TV, Nineveh worked as an Esthetician and Makeup Artist in California.
Most recently, Nineveh launched yoU Magazine, a multi-media publication focused on empowering women. She is now blogging for her readers, working on projects aimed at inspiring others, and spending time with her husband.
Stay tuned...things are always changing in her world.
